  • device type and operating system;
  • referring URLs, pages visited, and session activity;
  • date/time stamps and approximate location derived from IP address.

Customer and Service Data

In connection with Offboarder, we may process information provided by or on behalf of our customers, including employee directory identifiers, HR or HCM source data, job metadata, evidence records, logs, tenant configuration data, and related support information. We process this information as described in our customer agreements and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.

  • respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and communicate with prospects and customers;
  • provide onboarding, implementation, support, and account management;
  • process customer-authorized workflows within Offboarder;

  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
